How do I find out if the Coaching Support programme is right for me?

·         First Book a free private coaching session - this half-hour telephone session is an opportunity to explore some current challenges and come up with some actions to enable you to move forward – and, in particular, to “try out” our style of business coaching – after the free session there is no further commitment necessary.  Your next step is to be sure this is for you is to do a stand-alone “Diagnostic Review”.  This is a full consultation prior to deciding if you want to join the programme – valuable in itself, and also acts as an assessment of the health of your business and will also show how useful the programme will be to you in detail.

·         Diagnostic Review – this comprehensive face to face consultation will give you the important, honest and professional feedback with techniques and tools that you can use straight away – again with no commitment or obligation to take things further, although from here most professionals decide to benefit from having the full support of the Coach and the coaching programme to implement better practices and hold them accountable to getting the best out of themselves and any support staff to achieve their best ever goals!

The programme is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management for 30 CPD hours.
